Composites with damping–absorption performances and storage-loss behaviors were fabricated based on NCB (nano-carbon black), BWZT [Ba (W1/2Cu1/2)O3–Pb0.98Sr0.02 (Mg1/3Nb2/3)0.275(Ni1/3Nb2/3)0.10(Zr0.25Ti0.375)O3] RTV (room temperature vulcanizing silicone rubber) employing three steps methods of ball-milling, three-roller milling pressing. The effects storage, loss damping properties composites investigated by the method DMTA and, absorption mechanical are measured standing wave tube TG separately. micro, chemical phase structures characterized SEM, XRD IR. results indicated that both doping combination can be proposed to improve greatly comprehensive performance matrixes there would more excellent in NCB/BWZT/RTV(NBR) amount 4–6 wt.% for as d33 81 pC/N, storage modulus 25003 MPa, 398 coefficient 0.07–0.12, coefficients 0.45–0.55 difference frequency range 400–1600 Hz. Lattice growth is found showing strong dependences contents NCB, absorption–damping performance.
